Q. Do I have to pay taxes?
A. Taxes are payable only when you're ordering from a country in the European Union. Also the UK is considered an EU country until the end of 2020 and VAT (20%) is added to every order from the UK.
Q. Why I get a message that you can't deliver to the US?
A. Right now, due to COVID19 crisis and how it has affected delivery companies, we are unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii. All other states in the US are fine. Once again, this applies to Alaska and Hawaii only. All deliveries to the rest of the US, the UK and Canada are going normally.
Q. Do I have to pay custom fees?
A. We deliver hundreds of products daily to the UK, Canada and the rest of the world. So far we haven't encountered any problems with custom fees, but in an unlikely event that they occur, custom fees are payable by the customer.
